DentalVeneers
Ultra-thin porcelain veneers custom-crafted to transform your smile — correcting chips, stains, gaps, and shape in just two appointments.
What Are Dental Veneers?
The Gold Standard for Smile Transformation
Dental veneers are ultra-thin, custom-crafted porcelain shells bonded directly to the front surface of your teeth. Each veneer is individually designed to correct imperfections in size, shape, colour, and alignment — producing a flawless, harmonious smile that looks entirely natural. At Dentistry on Norfolk South, Dr. Nikita Khurana approaches every veneer case as a work of art, blending aesthetic sensibility with precise dental technique to create results that are both beautiful and enduring.
Porcelain is the material of choice for veneers because it closely mimics the light-reflecting properties of natural tooth enamel. It is highly resistant to staining, incredibly durable, and biocompatible with your gum tissue. Unlike composite bonding, porcelain veneers are fabricated in a dental lab to exacting specifications and bonded permanently in place — making them one of the most reliable and long-lasting cosmetic treatments available in modern dentistry.

Why Choose This Treatment
The Advantages
Natural Appearance
Porcelain transmits light the same way natural enamel does, giving veneers an authenticity that's virtually indistinguishable from real teeth.
Stain Resistant
Unlike natural enamel or composite resin, porcelain veneers are non-porous. Coffee, tea, red wine, and other pigmented foods won't discolour your veneers.
Long-Lasting
With proper care, porcelain veneers can last 10–20 years — making them one of the best return-on-investment cosmetic dental treatments available.
Minimal Tooth Prep
Veneer placement requires only a thin layer of enamel to be removed — far less than what's needed for a crown — preserving most of your natural tooth structure.

What to Expect
The Treatment Process
Consultation & Design
Dr. Khurana discusses your goals, examines your teeth, and reviews a smile design plan with you. Digital imaging may be used to preview your expected results before any preparation begins.
Preparation & Temporaries
A thin, precise layer of enamel is removed from the front surface of each tooth to accommodate the veneer. Impressions are taken and sent to our dental lab. Temporary veneers protect your teeth while your custom porcelain veneers are crafted.
Bonding
At your second appointment, the temporary veneers are removed and your custom porcelain veneers are carefully bonded using a strong dental adhesive. Dr. Khurana checks the fit, colour, and bite before permanently setting each veneer in place.
