No Doctor–Patient Relationship Online
Submitting information through this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A relationship is established only once you are seen and accepted as a patient at our clinic.
Fees, Insurance & Billing
Treatment fees follow the current Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Fee Guide. We provide direct billing to most major insurers and participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan where eligible. You are responsible for any portion not covered by your plan.
